Characteristics and Location Holly Park Hostel is open 24 hours per day and offers affordable accomodation. It welcomes guests of any age, including families, from all over the world. We are located in a residential neighbourhood but boast natural surroundings, and many types of birds and bugs (please keep the screens closed). The area is quiet and secluded. We are located just a mile from Pemberton town centre and 30 km from Whistler. You can reach us by bus - Greyhound and the local Wave; by taxi - Whistler Taxi or Pemberton Taxi; or by car and bike. We have plenty of parking. There is an airport a few miles up the road, in case you have your own jet ;)   Hours Our Hostel is never closed. Check in any time you like. Check out time by: 12:00 noon. Late night check-in available. Bedsheets and towels are provided with your stay. If you have a reservation with us, your bed will be held until 6:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you are not able to arrive before 6:00 p.m., please let us know. On your day of departure, please check out at 12:00 noon.   Payment It is usual to pay upon arrival. You can pay cash, travellers cheques, or Canadian dollars. We also accept American dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard credit, debit and AMEX credit cards and also have Interac. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy or one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. There are no refunds or exchanges. All guests must pay on the day they stay, we do not give credit. All prices are fixed person per night including taxes. From $25.00 per night (dorm rooms).   House Rules The rules and policies of the house must be adhered to or your stay may be terminated.   NOISE Please refrain from late night noise which could disturb other guests. Late night music and electronics should be played on headphones.   SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING; ONLY OUTSIDE IN DESIGNATED AREA.   FIRES No outside fires without permission and supervision of Hostel staff.   SECURITY We have a safe box where you can leave your documents and valuables. If you do not have a lock, you may purchase one from the office. Please remember to lock the door whenever you leave, even if other people are around. Holly Park Hostel and staff members are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items.   STORAGE The hostel does not store personal belongings for more than 12 hours after your check out time.  The hostel is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen items.   MEALS There is a kitchen where you can prepare meals. Water bottles can be purchased from the staff.   FOOD & BEARS NO food or garbage should be left outside or in vehicles parked on the grounds to avoid attracting bears.   GARBAGE Please do not throw cans or bottles into the bushes. We encourage recyling. Please do not throw your cigarettes butts on the ground, use ashtrays provided. HEATING It is provided by woodstove during the winter with electric back up. IMPORTANT - The wood stove is to be used by the staff only, no exceptions. GROUNDS No trees, plants or animals shall be destroyed, removed or taken from the grounds.
