Characteristics and Location
Holly Park Hostel is open 24 hours per day and offers affordable accomodation. It welcomes guests of any age, including families, from all over the world. We are located in a residential neighbourhood but boast natural surroundings, and many types of birds and bugs (please keep the screens closed). The area is quiet and secluded. We are located just 2 km from Pemberton town centre and 36 km from Whistler town centre. You can reach us by bus - Greyhound and Wave; by taxi - Whistler Taxi or Pemberton Taxi; or by car. We have plenty of parking.

Hours
Our Hostel is never closed. Office hours are between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Check in any time you like.

Check out time by: 12:00 noon.

Please contact us by phone before arrival to get the lock code for entry.

Bedsheets are available in cupboards provided.

If you have a reservation with us, your bed will be held until
6:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you are not able to arrive before 6:00 p.m., please let us know.

On your day of departure, please check out at 12:00 noon.

Payment
It is usual to pay upon arrival. You can pay cash, travellers
cheques, or Canadian dollars. We also accept American dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX credit cards only. There is a 72-hour cancellation policy or one night's stay will be charged to your credit card. There are no refunds or exchanges.

All prices are fixed per person per night with bed sheets and GST included. From $20.00 per night (dorm rooms).

House Rules
The rules and policies of the house must be adhered to.

NOISE
Please refrain from late night noise which could disturb other guests. Late night music and electronics should be played on headphones.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING; ONLY OUTSIDE IN DESIGNATED AREA.

FIRES
No outside fires without permission and supervision of Hostel staff.

SECURITY
Please lock all your valuables into the lockers provided (each guest is allocated their own locker). If you require additional security, we also have a safe box where you can leave your documents and valuables. If you do not have a lock, you may purchase one from the office. Holly Park Hostel and staff members are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items.

STORAGE
The hostel does not store personal belongings for more than 12 hours after your check out time.  The hostel is not responsible for any lost, missing or stolen items.

MEALS
We provide coffee, tea and sundries only which is included in your overnight price. There is a kitchen where you can prepare meals. Water bottles can purchased from the
staff but the water machine on the premises is for in-house use only, not to fill waterbottles please.

Kitchen - No cooking from 1:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.

FOOD & BEARS
NO food or garbage should be left outside or in vehicles parked on the grounds to avoid attracting bears.

WATER
No showers or use of water between 1:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m.

HEATING
Is provided by woodstove during the winter with
electric back up. IMPORTANT - The wood stove is to be used by the staff only, no exceptions.

GROUNDS
